INDEPENDENT MORTGAGE ADVISER (BRANCH BASED)
BASIC SALARY £15,000 to £25,000
OTE c£80,000 (uncapped)
This innovative and successful Independent Mortgage Brokers is striking out on a new venture. Traditionally to date being telephone based independent mortgage advisers, they are now teaming up with another organisation to open up a high street branch.
This branch will be the flagship branch for this brokers and your responsibility for servicing and managing. You will have exclusive use of this office meaning that all walk in business is yours. Not only this but you will also be fed leads from the telephone centre - meaning that you have a constant source of new business and referrals.
Having recently recieved accreditation in the 'What Mortgage' awards, this brokers is really going places and has ambitious plans for the future. Whats more, they have a fantastic package on offer which is unrivalled by any other brokers in the area.
Even with a basic salary, they pay commission rates of anywhere between 50% and 75%. The commission is uncapped and even with a target of just 2 cases a week at an average value of £750 each and a basic salary of just £15000, you should earn at least £42,000 in your first year. These figures are just an estimate, you really need to see it for yourself.
This really is a great opportunity for any existing mortgage IFA or tied mortgage adviser to take the bull by the horns. To be successful in your application you must have CEMAP, at least 2 years experience in mortgage advice and be able to evidence drive and motivation through sales performance to date.
You will be expected to work a five day week 9am -5.30pm (to include most Saturdays) and because the role is branch based there are no evenings or home visits.
MORTGAGE ADVISER
Basic Salary c£15,000 – c£25,000

Leading Independent Mortgage Advisers in the area is looking out for an excellent performer in the independent mortgage advisery arena. The ideal candidate must be CEMAP qualified and have completed FPC or be studying towards this.
You will be involved in giving independent mortgage advice to a wide range of clients. The company has a large collection of professional introducers and they currently have more work than they can comfortably handle.
For your application to be successful you must have an excellent sales track record and be able to demonstrate this. This is an exciting sales only role as this company has its own processing department so you will have more time to make money instead of paperwork. The basic salary is very good, as is the commission (which is uncapped).

SENIOR LAW COSTS DRAFTSPERSON
Salary up to £40,000
Progressive and exciting costs firm is keen to secure a senior law costs professional who is ideally an associate or fellow of the Association of Law Costs Draftsmen. For the right candidate there is an excellent package on offer. You must have at least four years cost drafting experience as you will be expected to act as a point of reference for technical queries relating to costs, and you will also be involved in the training of less experienced members of staff.
COSTS NEGOTIATOR
Basic Salary c£15,000 to c£30,000
OTE c£50,000
This dynamic costs firm is seeking an equally dynamic and experienced costs negotiator to join their team. Having expanded rapidly over the last few years this firm is building a solid foundation with the right staff being foremost to its plans for growth. The right candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a costs based environment and be keen to secure this position. You will manage your own caseload of fast track and multi-track cases as well as contentious and non-contentious litigated cases.
TRAINEE LAW COSTS DRAFTSPERSON
Salary c£12,000 - c£16,000
This is an excellent opportunity for those candidates with at least 12 months experience of working within a legal costs or legal cashiering environment to work for one of the leading cost drafting firms in the North West. You will be offered on the job training which is second to none and will give you the start you need to become an expert in the cost drafting field.
PORTFOLIO HOLDER
Salary up to £25,000
Based in Preston this leading accountancy practise has a vacancy for a 'portfolio holder'. This will involve servicing a portfolio of up to 100 clients to include sole traders, partnerships, limited companies annual and management accounts, VAT, tax compliance etc. You must have several years experience and have a suitable qualification ie AAT or ACCA or be qualified by experience to secure this role with excellent career progression.

You should have a pro-active approach to prospecting from an existing client bank and gaining referrals. You must also be keen to develop ongoing relationships with professional introducers, a great deal of assistance will be provided in this area.
The main focus of your business will be personal planning including Investment Planning, Portfolio Reconstruction and IHT Planning.

SEMI-SENIOR - Salary up to £25,000
With a basic salary level of up to £25,000, this is an excellent opportunity for an AAT qualified individual who has at least 3-5 years experience in the production of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies to join an established and progressive firm in the local area. Candidates who are qualified by experience in the workings of a busy accountancy practise must apply.
AUDIT SENIOR
Salary c£40,000 (negotiable)
This extremely successful national accountancy practise is seeking an experienced and ACA qualified Audit Senior. Based in Chorley you will be involved in the audit of predominantly owner managed businesses with a turnover of between £3m and £50m. You must be able to hit the ground running at this level and in return there is a fantastic package on offer.
COMMERCIAL INSURANCE ACCOUNT HANDLER
Basic Salary up to £16,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established Broker with a great reputation. If you have worked for at least 12 months to 2 years in either a commercial brokers environment or indeed within an insurance company, and you would like to develop your commercial insurance expertise then this is a great opportunity.
You will be involved in the technical servicing of an existing client bank of commercial clients and will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation is correct and that FSA guidelines are being met. There will be excellent on the job training to ensure that you become an expert in this field.
The package on offer is 1*death in service benefit, stakeholder pension, 23 days holiday, overtime at time and a half and a working week of Monday to Friday 9-5 only.
